  • I dealt with BC Saw for 15 years. Recently I got some new band saw blades after they had become NAP GLADU. They were made to the wrong length. The guy on the phone was unapologetic. When they were dropped off to be fixed, the desk person was far too casual and didn’t write a thing downl. They didn’t call back, but we called them and picked up the fixed blades. Although a different length. they are wrong again even though we wrote down the correct measurement in 2 places. We phoned head office in Quebec. I am sure we will never see our money. The lady in front of us in line was picking up new table saw blades because they had previously given her the wrong ones. I will never deal with them again.
